What do I need to know about eligibility?
To be eligible for benefits from Okta for Good, including product donations, nonprofits must hold current 501(c)(3) status in the U.S. or their country's equivalent, as validated by our partner, Percent. Hospitals, healthcare institutions, public school districts, higher education institutions, and government entities are not eligible for this offer. Visit Percent's eligibility guidelines to see country-specific qualifications before beginning your application.
How can I find my validation status?
After applying you should receive an email from [email protected] within a week with the subject “We've reviewed your application for Auth0’s program” for more details.
The discount was applied, but I’m not seeing the updated price when I upgrade on my dashboard.
The discount will not appear on the dashboard interface, but it will be applied when you receive your invoice. We plan to add this feature to the dashboard in the future.
